What shipped.What stopped.

The proof stays attached. So does the doubt.

Each entry records the method, the decisions I'd defend, and what I'd do differently. Selected work sits above the complete ledger; every open case study links to its full notes.

  2. ongoing/vitaside

    Problem
What does my health data say?
    For whom
    People who track their health.
    Built
    Patterns with uncertainty and sources.
VitaSide sample brief. One grounded observation and one small next step, marked as sample data and kept local. Not a diagnosis.

An MCP sidecar for personal baselines, historical comparisons and doctor-visit preparation. It organises self-supplied data; it does not diagnose, prescribe or turn correlation into causality.

  3. live/dimas-fest

    DIMAS fest

    Problem
    One party, many separate games.
    For whom
    Hosts with a real crowd.
    Built
    One connected AI party.
DIMAS fest setup. The host chooses the place first. Park is the opening setting, built from sounds, objects and accidents there.

A live host and player system for 8 to 30 guests: choose the setting and duration, open a room by QR, then carry real objects, recordings and callbacks through a two to four hour run of show.

  4. live/flatmate

    Flatmate.dk

    Problem
    Will we live well together?
    For whom
    People sharing a home.
    Built
    Habits before introductions.
Flatmate illustrative household card. The heading asks what you would want to know first. Daily rhythm, shared space and guests are the topics, and the card says no real profile.

Housing matching built around rhythm and domestic defaults: who cooks when, what counts as quiet, what the sink looks like at 8am on a Wednesday.

  11. archive/counterfile

    Counterfile

The code reached release candidate. The need did not.

A local-first Shopify chargeback preflight built far enough to test the harder question: whether it deserved to exist. No merchant interviews were run, synthetic fixtures stayed outside the evidence ledger, and the project was parked before spend or launch theatre began.

  12. archive/core-return-desk

    Core Return Desk

The workflow works. The standalone market case does not yet.

A local-first reconciliation desk for automotive core deposits: guarded CSV intake, explicit blocked rows, atomic import, browser persistence and one-action rollback. The frozen build passed 65 tests and desktop/mobile browser gates. No shop sessions, deployment, demand or recovered-money claim followed; the project was parked after incumbent workflows and distribution uncertainty compressed the standalone opportunity.

  13. ongoing/sadovnik

    Садовник

A local operating system that allocates attention across my products, and refuses to act on its own.

A local-first personal auditor: evidence-grounded growth actions, an approval gate before anything leaves the machine, and observed before/after receipts instead of causal claims. It complements the agent factory, which ships; Садовник decides what deserves the next slot.
