I work on products where language carries part of the interface: education, housing, migration and civic services. The method is described on work with me; this page lists the concrete engagements.
Product editorial systems
Naming, information structure, tone and the rules that keep interface copy coherent as a product grows. The output may be a working content model, a decision log, page structures and examples the team can apply without me.
Product writing
Onboarding, forms, empty states, error messages and high-stakes instructions. I work in the product flow and deliver copy with the reasoning attached, so design and engineering can see what each line is doing.
Research and synthesis
Interview planning, close reading of transcripts and a written account of the patterns that should change the product. I separate participant evidence, team assumptions and editorial inference in the handoff.
Educational and bilingual products
Lesson structure, assessment language and cross-cultural editing in Danish, Russian and English. The focus is the learner's task and the institutional language around it. Technical implementation stays with the product team unless we agree on a separate, bounded prototype.

Describe the audience, the troublesome flow and the decision you need to make. Send that by email: a product, a page or a flow. You get a written review in about 2 days. No calls. Larger work starts with a written scope.
